This company, with registered headquarters in La Llagosta, Spain, is engaged in the manufacture and marketing of chemical products, paints and plastics. It was founded by a group of Spanish businessmen in 1964 which started as a chemical company, making paints for building facades, plastisols and formaldehyde insulating product. The company's business focuses on the field of Polyurethane, as well as acts as the head of a group of national and international businesses by being a shareholder. It has expertise in the manufacture of raw-materials, intermediates and end-products. Its activities focuses on three business units: Polyurethanes, Resins, and Polyesters (Hoocker). The PU Systems Division develops polyurethane formulated systems used in different sectors such as building, car industry, medical, engineering, footwear, and refrigeration. The Resins Division produces specially developed polymers intended for varnishes, paints, inks, adhesives, and elastomers. The Polyesters Division supplies polyesters for four branches of the polyurethane industry: Rigid Foam, Flexible Foam, Shoe Soles and CASE. The company is a member of ATEPA, ANDIMA, BING, EUROPUR, C.E.P., and FEDEQUIM.
